At Jac of Lice, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.
1. Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
The product must be unused and sealed
You must provide proof of purchase
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or further details to process your claim.
If approved, we will:
– Replace the product, or
– Offer a full refund, including shipping, or
– Send the correct item at no additional cost
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Order number
Item(s) in question
Reason for the return
Clear photos (if applicable)
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and next steps.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically take 3–5 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened or used lice treatment products
Combs or applicators once packaging has been opened
6. Consumer Guarantees
Our policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law, which ensures your right to a repair, replacement, or refund in the case of faulty goods.
