We offer standard and express shipping across Australia:

4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all Australian states and territories.
International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Delays or Issues

6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Jac of Lice is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

7. Missing or Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please email us at info@jacoflice.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
